Visit to the Zoo

Today is my first visit to the zoo.

If you think the zoo is some dirty, smelly place.. well you are wrong! Mummy was marvelling at how much the zoo has changed over the years.. Of cos la mummy, the last time you went was on your school's excursion which was like thousand of years ago...

I really love to see the beautiful animals and was very excited when a real parrot came so close to me! I felt as if he was going to bite my hand....*ouch*! Thank goodness baba protected me from it. Too bad I am not able to walk yet so baba had to carry me all of the time. Mummy and baba said that the next time when I can walk they will bring me to the zoo again since I really enjoyed myself so much.

Ok pl kep your promise ok? We need to go for another trip before mummy becomes busy when my new sibling arrives...

Playmate

Yes, yes... please all congratulate me!

I am going to have a lil' brother or sister!

Mummy and abah told me today that something is growing inside mummy's tummy and this something will grow into a baby, just like how I was last time. Wow, this is amazing! How did that get into mummy's tummy in the first place? Hmmm... Ok that aside.
Anyway they both keep telling me that I am going to be an abang soon so I have to love the baby when he/she arrives in August.

If it is going to be a little brother, I can share all my toys with him. Best part is that since I am going to be the abang, I can make him clean up ALL the toys after we have finished playing with them. Now I got to do it all by myself leh and it is tiring, you know!

If it is going to be a little sister, I will be a big brother to her and protect her if any other boys were to disturb her. Nobody bullies Danyaal's lil sister, ok?

I cannot wait!

What is happening?

Something is brewing around the house.....

I wish I know what it is.

Mummy came back and started telling me that she has to stop giving me breastmilk.

What?! Cannot lidat one leh.. I have been drinking that and only that. I dunno what is going on but I heard baba telling mummy that it is a good thing and that she should not be feeling so sad since I will not be so lonely anymore. Yeah come to think of it, mummy looked very sad today and she kept kissing my forehead as she puts me to sleep.

Can anybody tell me what is happening?

Yummy Waffles

Waffles never tasted so good....

Thick, melted chocolate spreaded over hot and freshly toasted waffles, plus the blissful feeling of baba feeding me mouthful after mouthful..

Hmmm... the simple joys of life.

My Gym

Abah and mummy decided to send me for a trial session at My Gym Fitness Centre. Mummy said that since I am so hyper and cannot keep still half of the time, perhaps I may like the gym class since I can climb up and down and crawl all I want.

I enjoyed myself throughly during the trial and mummy decided to sign me up for a term. Thanks mummy!

Now I can put my motor skills to good use. Although I like the class, but I really hate it when the teachers all want to do group activities together. Aiyo, so boring leh... So I always crawl away and mummy have a hard time trying to make me join back the group... *mischievious grin*

Now

Thank you mummy and baba for throwing a special 1 year old party for me!
I have finally turned ONE! How time flies... Just a year ago I was still in my mummy's arms, fresh from the "oven"
And now I am, learning and discovering so many things that I can do! Yeah!

Here is my report card at one year old : -
-Able to stand steadily but still not able to walk yet.
-Continue to crawl at monstrous speed.
-My very first word is "fauuuuu-wer" (flower).... thats all, for now.
-Play ball with baba, although I still cannot kick yet but it thrills me to see the ball rolling towards me.
- I love my CARS and gym classes every weekend!
- Am starting to see my crowning glory.

It's growing....

I do miss being botak actually.

Now that mummy has stopped shaving me, I feel that my whole head is very "poke-ky"..

Argh... mummy was just telling baba that perhaps she should just continue to shave my hair cos I seem to be scratching my head more often nowadays.

Hair, hair, pls grow faster ok?
